Kamya Kalra

Foreign Director Of India

Kamya Kalra, 18 is currently enrolled in second year at Delhi University, India, where she is majoring in Political science and pursuing a minor degree in Psychology. Usually described as a people’s person, Kamya aspires to pursue a career in international relations and work for peace and security amongst different countries. She currently works for an NGO named Make a Difference, where she teaches underprivileged orphan students and tries to spread smiles with education, one child at a time while working on achieving SDG 4. Moreover, she is associated with an organization named Meal for Strays were feeding the voiceless and providing them with shelter and care is the ultimate goal. For promoting life on land, i.e., SDG 15, she has also associated herself with Barkat Welfare Association, which was awarded by the World Book of Records for completing a 10,000 trees plantation drive.


Kamya was awarded as the top 5th academic performer in her high school but that didn’t stop her from engaging in extracurricular activities. Youth parliaments, MUNs, Debates and Street plays aimed at spreading awareness are her favorite co-curriculars. She also spent a few months researching and writing on people who bought changes at the ground level during covid times for Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Foundation.


A fun-loving person by heart, Kamya stands firmly for what she believes in and is courageous to take action for it. Her zeal to become a changemaker is endless and that is what keeps her going.
